FAQs

1. How long will it take for my carpets to dry?

It is difficult to predict. Carpets should be entirely dry within 24 hours. The weather plays a big factor, but generally carpets are fine to walk on within 2-4 hours. Heavily stained carpets require more water use to flush out stains, therefore some area may take longer to dry.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash or eftpos on the day for domestic services. Commercial jobs can be invoiced upon request.

3. Do I need to vacuum my carpets before you come?

No, that’s all part of the service. Just ensure your carpets are clear from anything loose objects.

4. Do you guarantee the removal of all spots and stains?

We can not guarantee the removal of all spots or rectify all stains.

A spot is a substance that is attached to the outside of the fiber, and is usually removed during my normal cleaning process. A stain is discoloration of the fiber, either colour added or colour subtracted. A stain can be organic or synthetic based or a combination of both. This can therefore be difficult to rectify.

5. Can you apply Scotchgard protection?

Yes, We can apply this to new carpets, freshly cleaned carpets and soft furnishings. The costs depend on the absorbency of the fibres, depth and weight.

6. How long will it take?

Typically, cleaning4 rooms of carpet will take up to1.5 hours. Sofas and lounges with 5 seats will take approximately 2 hours, depending of the fabric, cushions and style of suite.
